What we need

  • One or more sample runbooks you are working with, covered by an NDA
  • A small sample of users, with their roles and email addresses
  • 30 minutes to take part in your simulation

We prepare
  • A fresh Runbook Management instance, just for you
  • A realistic cutover event built from your scenario, runbooks and users
  • User accounts for your demo attendees
  • Key notifications set up in advance

During

You take part
  • A walkthrough of what we have built with your data
  • We kick off a simulated version of your cutover and share your logins
  • You log in and use the solution as you would in a real cutover
  • We focus on the challenges you shared, and show anything else you want to see

After

We follow up
  • We answer any questions that come to mind
  • You keep access for 3 working days to explore in your own time
  • After 5 days we shut down the instance and permanently destroy the data
  • We confirm the deletion in writing
