We assume that users are already familiar with the concepts relating to Deployment Management. ICEFLO is designed to be easy to learn and can be used immediately.
Our customers find that using ICEFLO is extremely intuitive and user friendly. If you know how to use the Web, you will be able to navigate around ICEFLO. While training is not required, you will get maximum benefit from using ICEFLO if you undertake the small amount of relevant training available which can be in the form of webinars or self-taught on-line training guides. How do I log on to ICEFLO?
You have three options. 1) Visit or bookmark www.iceflo.com and click on the Login menu option 2) Visit or bookmark https://app.iceflo.com 3) If your organisation has opted for a branded, dedicated service, visit https://"mycompany".iceflo.com
When I log in, the system states that my account is inactive. What do I do?
Contact your ICEFLO Client Administrator and request that your account be activated.
The "Remember Me" function means that your login name will be retained on the computer from which you typed it in. If you select this option, your username will always be retained. Note that this procedure needs to be repeated on each computer from which you access ICEFLO. Your password is never stored on the computer by ICEFLO.
What if I forget my password?
On the login page of ICEFLO on the right hand side of the password field there is a ‘Forgot Password’ link. Click on this link and enter your username/email address. You will then receive a password reset email, with instructions.
What are the rules for the content of passwords?
The minimum password length is 8 characters. Your password must contain a mixture of alpha-numeric characters.
What software do I need to install to begin to use ICEFLO?
What browser versions are supported for use with ICEFLO?
Modern browsers are constantly evolving and our policy is to support and test only the current and previous versions of the most popular browsers. The browsers and versions that we currently support, as of May 2018, are as follows:
Chrome v65 & v66 (60.6%)
Microsoft Explorer v11.x (12.3%)
Firefox v61 & v62 (11.7%)
Microsoft Edge v41 & v42 (4.1%)
Safari 10.x & 11.x (3.7%)
What is the minimum screen size and resolution for the ICEFLO solution?
Due to the highly detailed information presented within ICEFLO, we recommend that you use as large a display as possible. A screen resolution of 1280x1024 or higher is recommended.
Is there a Mobile app available for ICEFLO?
We have a developed a "companion application" for the most popular mobile platforms, namely iOS and Android. You can download the 'mobile' version of ICEFLO from the relevant app stores - just search for ICEFLO.
