With our Starter Pack and Consumption packages, your licenses will naturally be exhausted and you'll need to buy more to continue using ICEFLO. If you go for the Subscription package, you won't be prohibited from using more, but will be expected to purchase the required uplift when we discuss your subscription renewal.
Upon receipt of your order, we can have you up and running within one day. If you have specific custom requirements for a bespoke service, it will take a little longer.
Yes. Full access to support services (telephone, email, ticketing and chat) between 8am and 6pm GMT. We do provide 24*7 Service Assurance as an optional extra cost.
We offer a trial of up to a month, with the proviso that any client is enabled by our customer support team and receives some free basic training by way of WebEx. To arrange this, simply contact us at http://www.iceflo.com/contact and we'll get straight on to it.

We've not seen any customers rack up a huge volume of text messaging and are happy to bundle this comms channel free as part of the fees for each package. We reserve the right to review this policy if a customer really ramps up the volume, at which point we'd have a chat about fair usage and fair charges.

Contact your ICEFLO Client Administrator and request that your account be activated.
The "Remember Me" function means that your login name will be retained on the computer from which you typed it in. If you select this option, your username will always be retained. Note that this procedure needs to be repeated on each computer from which you access ICEFLO. Your password is never stored on the computer by ICEFLO.
On the login page of ICEFLO on the right hand side of the password field there is a ‘Forgot Password’ link. Click on this link and enter your username/email address. You will then receive a password reset email, with instructions.
The minimum password length is 8 characters. Your password must contain a mixture of alpha-numeric characters.
Modern browsers are constantly evolving and our policy is to support and test only the current and previous versions of the most popular browsers. The browsers and versions that we currently support, as of May 2018, are as follows:

We assume that users are already familiar with the concepts relating to Deployment Management. ICEFLO is designed to be easy to learn and can be used immediately.
Our customers find that using ICEFLO is extremely intuitive and user friendly. If you know how to use the Web, you will be able to navigate around ICEFLO. While training is not required, you will get maximum benefit from using ICEFLO if you undertake the small amount of relevant training available which can be in the form of webinars or self-taught on-line training guides. The Training Centre can be accessed here.
