Q: What software do I need to use ICEFLO?
As a web-based solution, you don't need to install any software on your computer. You need a modern browser which supports Javascript, HTML5 and CSS 3 standards. 

Q: What browser versions are supported for use with ICEFLO?
Modern browsers are constantly evolving and our policy is to support and test only the current and previous versions of the most popular broswers. The browsers and versions that we currently support, as of May 2018, are as follows:

Q: Is there a mobile app available for ICEFLO?
We have developed a "companion application" for the most popular mobile platforms, namely iOS and Android. You can download the mobile version of ICEFLO from the Apple App Store and Android Play Store.

Q: What is the minimum screen size and resolution for the ICEFLO solution?
Due to the highly detailed information presented within ICEFLO, we recommend you use the largest display possible. A screen resolution of 1280x1024 or higher is recommended.
