Agenor CEO Andy Smith experiences a 'near miss' during a large banking Cutover, and sets out to find a less stressful alternative to spreadsheets
After a year of software development and design, Andy's vision becomes a reality, and ICEFLO version 1.0 is launched under the name SoE (Schedule of Events) Manager
In 2009, SoE Manager was renamed and trademarked as 'ICEFLO'
By 2010, ICEFLO had secured its first customer, Baillie Gifford.
Later that year, ICEFLO had its first commercial engagements with Standard Life Aberdeen, Tesco Bank and Scottish Water.
In 2010, we also established a training department to share knowledge and experience when using ICEFLO for complex technology Cutovers.
By 2011, the ICEFLO customer base was continuing to grow, and pilots were ran with Capgemini and BSkyB
By the end of 2012, ICEFLO had completed its first Managed Service engagements within the Royal Bank of Scotland, and had employed 4 permanent members of staff.
ICEFLO recieved a brand new look in 2015!
ICEFLO moves from Rackspace to IBM Softlayer: Making us the only Scottish company to be solely built on this software.
