Release Notes

ICEflo has been in development since early 2007 and since then we have been responding to the advice and requests of practitioners, prospects and customers to refine the features and functionality of the solution. ICEflo became commercially available with the release of v1.1 in June 2009.

ICEflo users can view the full release notes by going to the Support tab within the ICEflo application.

v2.0.1 October 2012

The highlights of this release are as follows:

 

1)  ICEflo Support Integration
2)  Event Manager.  An ICEflo user can now be activated as an Event Manager
3)  User Admin Role.  A user can now be assigned with User Admin capability
4)  A Technical User is now authorised to create an STP
5)  Technical Detail View can now be viewed on the List Task page
6)  Icon hover - you are now provided with relevant information if you hover over an icon
7)  Telephone numbers.  A code field has now been added for each telephone number which changes when the country of choice has been selected
8)  The User list will display the attributes each user has
9)  A Business Service can now be attributed a business criticality status
