ICEflo has been designed by experts in Implementations with a focus on making it intuitive and easy to use. Our goal is to ensure that our customers derive maximum benefit from using ICEflo and we have provided our online support centre with a variety of tools to deliver timely support to you. We are committed to enhancing the online support centre so look out for additional methods of working with us.
Standard Support Hours
The ICEflo Support Team is available Monday - Friday from 09.00 to 18.00 GMT.
Support OnDemand
We appreciate that implementations typically take place out of normal business hours. We're very confident in the availability of the ICEflo service but should you wish to have support on-hand, please contact us not less that 3 working days in advance and we'll be happy to discuss your requirements.
