SSL Certificates
- Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) is an encryption technology that protects our customers' private information while it's in transit via the Internet
- The ICEflo service is secured by 256-bit SSL certificates which provide the highest level of encryption available today
Managed Firewall
- Access to the ICEflo service is protected by a pair of fully managed Cisco ASA firewalls. The firewall rule-base has been configured to meet the security requirements of the PCI-DSS standards. One firewall acts as the primary firewall and the other is configured as a warm stand-by, with automated failover providing continuity of service should the primary firewall fail
- RackSpace provide a fully managed service for the firewall infrastructure and Agenor’s own technical staff have access to configure the firewall should new “point-to-point” connections be required e.g. HTTPS connection for interfaces, Secure FTP connections etc
