Implementation Manager
The Implementation Manager is the person who's ultimately responsible for the successful planning and delivery of a change. As such it's a role that can place the individual under considerable pressure, especially if the plan unravels during the implementation.
Detailed and disciplined planning, both of the implementation and the backout are essential in the preparation phase. Excellent communications and control are required during the actual execution of the change. Until now, the software tools available to the Implementation Manager haven't fully supported the information needs that arise in this critical phase of any project.
