Training
We assume that users are already familiar with the concepts relating to Implementation Management. ICEflo is designed to be easy to learn and can be used immediately. Our customers find that using ICEflo is similar to using other Web sites - extremely intuitive and user friendly. If you know how to use the Web, you will be able to navigate around ICEflo.
While training is not required, you will get maximum benefit from using ICEflo if you undertake the small amount of relevant training which is available via the Support link in the ICEflo application.
Further Training
Should you wish to undertake more in-depth training we have several delivery methods available for you to choose from.
- Instructor-Led Web-Based - one of our instructors can run over the relevant course with you by WebEx demo. All you need is an Internet connection and phone line
- Instructor-Led Classroom-Based – or one of our instructors can come out on site and deliver a live training session with you
- Self Service – at your convenience. If you are an ICEflo user you can click on the Support link within the ICEflo application
