So that you can make best use of ICEflo as soon as it is deployed, we offer a range of training options for you to choose from to give you the support you need. Please note that Client Administrators should initially populate ICEflo with the relevant HR in order for you to receive the full benefits of these modules.

Delivery
How your training is delivered is entirely up to you, choose from:
- Instructor-Led Web-Based - one of our instructors can run over the relevant course with you by WebEx demo. All you need is an Internet connection and phone line
- Instructor-Led Classroom-Based – or one of our instructors can come out on site and deliver a live training session with you
- Self Service – at your convenience. If you are an ICEflo user you can download our training manuals via the ICEflo Customer Service Portal
