JumpStart
One of the many benefits of ICEflo as OnDemand software is that it is quick to implement and easy to use.
In order to get you up and running as quickly as possible we can offer an ICEflo JumpStart, which involves two days on-site consultancy with one of our experienced Implementation Experts. The JumpStart exercise typically involves the following steps:
- Kick off session to establish needs, issues and way forward
- Initial configuration of the ICEflo service to reflect your organisation
- A demonstration and education workshop using your live ICEflo environment
- Creation of your own real-world implementation plans (or SoEs)
- Full end-to-end process of running one or more SoEs
- Guidance and support as attendees try it for themselves
- Closure workshop to review progress and plan for deployment in your organisation
Our goal is to ensure that you are able to quickly derive maximum benefit from ICEflo and the JumpStart solution has been proven as the quickest way to start seeing real benefits.
