As part of our range of services, one of our consultants will visit your company to work with your team to develop an Implementation Management approach that incorporates the use of ICEflo.

Depending on your needs, this planning consultancy engagement will include:

• A simple initial assessment of your needs and challenges
• A review of the current processes and software tools used to manage implementations
• A Proof of Concept (PoC) exercise to validate the benefits of ICEflo in your organisation
• A workshop session to syndicate findings of the PoC and to recommend next steps 

During the course of this exercise, we expect to transfer skills to you in a pragmatic, "learn-by-doing" model:

• Advice from our Implementation Management team - who are seasoned practitioners themselves
• In depth ICEflo product knowledge so you can derive maximum benefit from all features
• Proactive support throughout the implementation process - from construction to execution of an SoE
• Help to review the full range of scenarios that you face currently (or are likely to in the future)
• Clearly position how ICEflo can effectively support you to successfully addressing these scenarios
