With its in-built charting solution, ICEflo supports the creation of flexible and powerful reports, delivering valuable Management Information (MI). We don’t believe that “one-size-fits-all” when it comes to MI and we take a consultative approach to delivering the reports that provide the most value to our customers.

Our Application Consultants will work with our customers, either on-site or remotely to:

• Analyse and define reporting requirements
• Assess and define the security model to restrict MI to appropriate users
• Design and build the relevant relationships and queries
• Implement a graphical reporting solution
• Review and refine reports on an iterative basis

The Bespoke Report Development service can be conducted on-site or remotely. By engaging ICEflo consulting services, our team will rapidly deliver tailored MI solutions that meet your specific needs. 

Migration Service

We recognise that all of our clients will be accustomed to implementing change and will have their own methods and planning tools to support this activity.

Our experience in the field suggests that many customers create plans in Microsoft products, especially Word, Excel and Project. We also appreciate that our clients value the information contained within these documents.

Where clients have significant libraries of such documents, we offer a bulk migration service which will result in these details being imported into the ICEflo solution. We can’t guarantee that we will achieve 100% accuracy but we do promise to remove the bulk of the manual effort and that the retention of key information will be achieved.
