Successful logon results in navigation to a context sensitive home page outlining information of particular relevance to that user. The layout enables the user to immediately act methodically and efficiently within the ICEflo system.

Maintain Service

Reducing unplanned Service Outages is the primary goal of the ICEflo application. Capturing key service metrics, including Service Level Agreement availability windows facilitates the close monitoring and early alerting of potential problems whilst implementing a change against a service.

STP Calendar

The STP Calendar provides the user with a real time view of the clients STP's schedule, across the business and potentially at a global level. Senior management gain an immediate appreciation of all scheduled activities and their current status.

Maintain Tasks

An STP's structure can be broken down into numerous Stages each of which contain one or more Tasks. ICEflo's centralised database with browser access enables rapid and parallel STP Construction."

Add Tasks

Adding tasks to the Service Transition plan used to be a serial, laborious and time-consuming process. With ICEflo, users can rapidly define high level details of tasks, shaping the content of the overall plan. This can be done in parallel and task details can then be populated by multiple team members. The result is an efficient and speedy construction and review process.

Real Time Update Panel

This is one of the most innovative aspects of the ICEflo application. The RTUP provides real-time information on available and active tasks, the forecast endtime of the implementation and a constantly refreshed RAG status that indicates the health of the overall implementation. There's nothing else on the market that gives this enterprise visibility of the status of a change.

Maintain Communications

ICEflo facilitates automated communications and alerting to all interested parties. Each individual user controls the means by which they would like to receive these communications. This flexibility enables all team members to work confidently offsite or at home in the knowledge that communication of any event of potential interest to them will come through via the channel of their choosing.

Gauge

Visualisation of the status of a single Service Transition is provided by the Gauge feature of ICEflo. The gauge allows everyone involved to assess progress and shows more detail than the RAG status of the RTUP.

Events

Managing one Service Transition is a significant challenge but managing several that are running concurrently ramps up the complexity and associated risk profile. With the Major Event features, multiple gauges can be presented giving a visual indicator that strips away complexity and provides a unique insight into a complex environment.

STP Schedule

Planned-Actual Gantt

We're keen to stress that ICEflo isn't a standard project management solution - but we appreciate that a Planned-Actual Gantt chart provides a useful visualisation of the timeline of a change. This visual representation can be particularly useful when trying to understand where the teams performance with regards to the execution of the STP differed from that originally anticipated in the planning phase.
