Andy’s experience is very varied having worked in the Financial Services, Utilities and Hospitality sectors and in several roles including Programme Manager, Project Manager, Group IT Manager and Technical Services Manager. He has a breadth of knowledge of Implementation Management and delivering large scale programmes and IT Service Continuity solutions. From his own experience Andy therefore had the expertise and knowledge to define the requirements of ICEflo and the technical capability to design and develop the solution.

Jackie is the co-founder of Agenor Technology Ltd and has had many years experience in customer facing and client management roles, in particular within the Financial and Educational sectors. In previous roles, Jackie was appointed as an FSA Company Representative with a Scottish Investment Management company and has been responsible for managing a diverse range of customer services. Bob has broad commercial expertise and a strong track record in new business sales and sales management. He has significant experience in both the corporate (IBM) and SME (start up/early stage) marketplace. His prime focus has been on companies providing Information Technology and consultancy services, who are undergoing significant growth or change. As Advisor to the Board, Bob is responsible for steering the strategic planning process of the Commercialisation of ICEflo, as well as managing the Sales & Marketing function.

At BMC Software Graeme was responsible for Global Sales Enablement  where he helped BMC establish market leadership in BSM market. Graeme subsequently ran Global Sales for Axios Systems a leading IT Service Management software vendor where he evolved their sales model to focus on differentiation and specific customer value.
