Our History

Agenor Technology Limited was founded in 2007 by Andy and Jackie Smith when Andy’s first hand experience of Implementation Management led him to the realisation that there was a real gap in the market for a web-based Implementation Management software solution, such as ICEflo.

Andy says “Having worked in IT Project Management with all sizes of organisations in various business sectors over the last 19 years, I couldn’t believe there was no effective tool on the market to help manage the process of implementing time-constrained changes.

Having "worn the t-shirt" many times, I recognised that the software tools available didn't meet the varied needs of the many people involved. Our team have first hand experience of the issues involved in managing such implementations and as a result have developed ICEflo as a solution with some very unique features that offer real benefits.
